We lost electricity with all our kitchen sockets. We wanted to find a local electrician, and was very lucky to have found Assen. He came on the same day as we called him, and on time. He was able to identify the problem and got our electricity in the kitchen to work within 2 hours. He was polite, friendly, and honest with his fees. Absolutely brilliant team at Norm. They came recommended by someone in our building and Asen went above and beyond to fix our terribly-wired bathroom and update our old fusebox. He had to work around a tricky communal electrical point (which was padlocked and couldn’t be opened), and he managed it with calm and composure. Fair and honest charges - I cannot recommend them more highly.

Amazing quality, super helpful and friendly, professional from the start. Had to take some old lights out and replaced with better LED's and it was done to a fantastic standard. Would highly recommend this service.
